2.1. By submitting cards to GWC for grading, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the rightful owner of the cards and have the authority to submit them for grading.
- GWC reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet our grading standards or violates our policies.
- GWC is not responsible for any lost or damaged cards during the submission process or during return shipping.
**3. Authenticity and Grading**
3.1. GWC utilizes advanced authentication methods and grading criteria to assess the authenticity and condition of submitted cards.
3.2. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness in our grading process, GWC cannot guarantee the authenticity or grade of any card.
3.3. Any disputes regarding the authenticity or grade of a graded card must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the graded card.
3.4. If a card is deemed counterfeit by GWC, it will be documented and returned to the submitter. The submitter is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
**4. Buyer Responsibilities**
4.1. Buyers who purchase graded cards from GWC acknowledge and agree that:
- GWC is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from the purchase or sale of graded cards.
- Buyers are responsible for verifying the authenticity and grade of purchased cards before completing the transaction.
- Buyers are responsible for purchasing insurance for any and all cards sent to GWC for grading and for return shipping.
**5. Dispute Resolution**
5.1. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator.
5.2. Both parties agree to bear their own costs and attorney's fees incurred in the arbitration process.
